By accessing, registering, or using any part of the dfkaya platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a valid agreement between you as the user and dfkaya as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the dfkaya platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

To register and use the dfkaya platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an employee, agent, partner, or close family member of a dfkaya employee.
• Not currently be under a self-exclusion programme or gambling restriction imposed by any regulatory body.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account. dfkaya reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

dfkaya reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing any reason.

dfkaya provides a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name.
• dfkaya does not accept deposits from third parties or from sources that cannot be identified.
• All deposits are subject to a verification process that may take time depending on the method chosen.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.

Welcome Bonus — 200% up to RM888:

New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000

Weekly VIP Cashback bonuses are also available through the dfkaya loyalty programme. Cashback rates vary by VIP tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

dfkaya reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is suspicion of fraud, promotion abuse, or a breach of terms.

dfkaya offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade games. Each game category has specific rules that apply to it.

• Betting outcomes are determined by a verified system and cannot be disputed after a round or match has ended.
• Game results arising from technical disruptions or system faults will be resolved at dfkaya's discretion based on available records.
• dfkaya reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud, the use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of technical loopholes.
• In sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant sports operator's rules.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage in betting or promotions is strictly prohibited.

As a dfkaya user, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. This includes:

• Keeping your account password confidential at all times and not sharing it with any other party.
• Notifying dfkaya immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring all registered personal information is accurate and updated when necessary.
• Complying with all local laws relating to online gambling in your area.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

dfkaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms. Actions that may result in account suspension include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Payment fraud or use of unauthorised payment methods.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Users under 21 years of age who have registered an account.
• Any form of money laundering or other illegal activity.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the dfkaya support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned in accordance with the established procedure, subject to the completion of all pending transactions.
